The Lord Reading Yacht Club requires a Club Manager to manage a small team of employees, oversee the operations of the marina and kitchen and deal with club members. Some training provided but the candidate should have relevant experience. This is a seasonal position but will offer annual remuneration based on relevant experience. During the off season work at the office will be limited. Required skills: - Relevant experience/training in the service industry (Restaurant, marina, clubs, hotels). - Strong computer and accounting skills - Management of kitchen/restaurant staff - Inventory management - Basics of running a physical plant - Some boating experience - Bilingual Base Salary: $45,000 Subject to relevant experience Bonus: Performance bonuses around $5000 and paid end of the off season Vacation: Two Weeks (During off season only) additional week after 2 years Start date is February-March 2012 Email resumé to LRYC-Employment@videotron.ca or FAX to 514-221-2130
